1.Compared with pure trading firms, what constitutes your company's core value?
We are a manufacturer with an in-depth supply chain perspective and rapid engineering implementation capabilities. This means we can do far more than just provide quotations: we can collaborate with you to resolve all technical, cost and compliance issues arising in the product journey from concept to mass production, and efficiently and stably institutionalize the tailored solutions into our production lines. Ultimately, we deliver to you a product with controllable risks and distinct competitive edges. We are a manufacturing partner that truly understands your pain points and can swiftly resolve them on the production line, rather than a mere supplier that only executes your orders.
2.What is the exact material of this TPR toy? Does it have any irritating odor? Is it safe for children’s skin and oral contact?
The main material of this toy is thermoplastic rubber (TPR), an eco-friendly synthetic material widely used in toy manufacturing, which features softness, excellent elasticity and high flex resistance. The TPR raw materials we adopt comply with the chemical safety requirements of the EU REACH Regulation, and our production and processing procedures adhere to universal toy safety standards.
During production, the materials are subject to ventilation and curing treatment. Under normal circumstances, the finished products should not have any noticeable industrial irritating odor. If there is a slight inherent material smell upon initial unboxing, it will dissipate naturally after being placed in a well-ventilated space for a while.
In terms of safety for children’s contact, the product has been designed and manufactured with skin contact safety in full consideration. Moreover, for components that may be put into children’s mouths, we ensure they meet the physical and mechanical safety requirements after passing foreseeable reasonable abuse testing (e.g., no small parts detaching, no sharp edges, etc.). We recommend the product be used under adult supervision, and advise against infants and young children gnawing on it for prolonged periods or attempting to swallow any parts of it.
3、What types of custom toy services does the factory provide? Where can I obtain detailed information about custom toy manufacturing?
We have comprehensive capabilities in custom toy development and manufacturing, which cover not only TPR materials but also various plastics such as ABS, PP and PVC.
Our customization services span three dimensions:
• In-depth development & customization: If you have a brand-new product concept, we can provide a full-process service from conceptual design and mold development to mass production for you, even if there is no existing mold available.
• Existing product adjustment: Based on existing molds, we can make adjustments to color, size (within a certain range), material hardness, surface texture, printing patterns and other aspects.
• Packaging & certification: We customize packaging and instruction manuals according to your target markets, and can also assist with the required safety tests and product certifications.
You can visit the Custom Services page on our official website to download and fill out the Product Customization Requirement Form, where you need to clearly outline your specific demands (e.g., sketches, reference images, target markets, budget, etc.). Upon receipt of your form, our engineering and business teams will conduct a professional evaluation, get in touch with you within 3 working days, and provide a preliminary analysis of technical feasibility, as well as the estimated development cycle and quotation.
4、Can clear water or alcohol be used for cleaning the toys? What are the storage conditions for the toys?
Cleaning and Disinfection
For plastic toys, wipe with a soft damp cloth dipped in a neutral detergent solution for daily cleaning, then rinse with clean water and air dry thoroughly.
For disinfection, wipe the surfaces with 75% medical alcohol pads and allow the alcohol to evaporate completely before use.
Important Notes: Do not soak the toys in water, alcohol or other disinfectants for an extended period. UV disinfection cabinets are also not recommended, as this may cause material deformation, aging or fading of gloss.
Storage Conditions
Store the toys in a cool, dry and well-ventilated indoor area.
Avoid prolonged direct sunlight, keep away from high-temperature objects such as heaters and fire sources, and do not place the toys in damp garages or basements.
For long-term storage, place the toys in their original packaging boxes or sealed bags to protect against dust and moisture.
5、What is the general durability and service life of the toys? What is the typical timeframe for plastic toys to crack with repeated play? Are the sewn joints of fabric toys secure, and is there any risk of filling leakage?
The service life of the toys is directly related to the methods of use and storage.
Plastic Toys: Rigid plastic toys (e.g., ABS) feature a sturdy structure and are not easily damaged during normal play, but dropping, striking or over-twisting of movable joints should be avoided. Soft plastic toys (e.g., TPR) boast good elasticity and will not crack easily with regular squeezing and play, yet contact with oil, prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or freezing conditions must be prevented, as these will accelerate material aging.
Fabric Toys: We adopt robust sewing techniques such as backstitch reinforcement and conduct random tensile strength tests on the products. The filling is fixed in separate compartments and sealed tightly. Under normal conditions of cuddling and play, the toys are unlikely to have loose seams or filling leakage. However, like all textile products, intentional tearing, scratching with sharp objects or chewing by pets should be avoided.
Our toys are designed to be safe and durable when used properly and stored well. It is recommended to check the integrity of the toys regularly and keep them away from extreme environments and improper use.
6、Is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) of the products negotiable? What factors is it based on?
It is negotiable, which is mainly based on the following factors:
Influencing Factors: Whether the product requires new mold development (the MOQ for custom exclusive molds is relatively high), the complexity of materials and manufacturing processes, and the level of customized packaging.
Negotiation Methods: The MOQ threshold can be lowered by placing a combined order for multiple product models, or by accepting a slightly higher unit price for a trial order.
